I’ve been coming here for years and the gym has become a big part of my life. The classes are great if you just want to get in shape or step out of your lane and try something new. The staff and trainers are super friendly and amazing at what they do, really push you to get you to the next level. Peter himself takes the time to get to know everyone member and does a great job of making you feel a part of the gym’s culture. By coming here I’ve learned to really respect and love this sport.
Attended my first Fighter Conditioning Class this week. Eric did a great job explaining the basics and the class was a great workout. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out the Technique and Strength classes. Highly recommend you sign up if you’re looking to get in shape or learn.

Peter Welch’s Gym held an amazing boxing class. As a beginner I was taught the basic techniques to have an effective workout. I did not feel lost or behind, I felt at home. The music was good, the coaching was professional, and the atmosphere is incomparable.
