It has never been easier or more affordable to take advantage of our private training sessions, so act now. Personal training at Peter Welch’s Gym is available Monday – Friday from 6am-9pm and on weekends from 9am-5pm. Sessions may take place in our strength and conditioning room, outside or on the main gym floor depending on the session desired and client preferences.
For your convenience, Peter Welch’s Gym has men’s and women’s locker rooms.
